​​Gina Hughes has a lifelong fascination for the natural world and has found its expression in her art, creating forms & images which communicate her appreciation of its beauty and the layers of potential experience, inviting the viewer to share the encounter.

Based in Pembrokeshire, Gina is a highly successful photographer, experienced in many aspects of her craft. Gina’s background as an experienced ceramic artist provides her with a deep understanding of form, texture & shape which translates to her photography, creating strong aesthetic effects & a depth of understanding. Over the years, Gina has chosen to make this journey using ​a variety of media, working with clay, porcelain and photography, to ​convey her interpretations through visual representations.

Gina's work has been published, is regularly seen in galleries & exhibitions throughout the United Kingdom and is held in a private collection by International Collector, Adrian Sassoon.
