Lydia Niziblian is a jeweller who created the jewellery (rings & necklaces) worn by the Fifteenth Doctor, played by Ncuti Gatwa in the BBC series, Doctor Who.

Lydia’s work has a raw energy that is both visually and emotionally engaging. Silver rings and chains roughly hewn, darkly oxidised with highlights of gold Keum-boo and the occasional flash of a gemstone - ​artefacts that span time. Lydia uses gold & silver and traditional methods to create jewellery. All of her gemstones are carefully sourced and the gold & silver she uses is recycled or of single-mine origin. As well as keeping a small stock of unique, ready-to-buy pieces, Lydia takes custom orders.

Lydia's inspiration often comes from the materials themselves; taking cues from the forms of the stones, minerals and metals she uses.  Lydia enjoys ​exploring contrasts in materials, colours and textures. Each item is made with the ​intention of inspiring ​the happy feeling of found treasure.
